How We Work Together
Payment Structure
50% deposit due upon project initiation. Remaining 50% due after final delivery and client approval. Monthly payment plans available for larger projects.
Revisions
Three rounds of revisions included in all packages. Additional rounds are estimated and approved separately before work begins.
Travel & Expenses
Travel is not included in package rates. Billed at $0.50/mile gas reimbursement plus tolls and parking at cost.
Net 15 Payment
Final invoice due net 15 days after final video delivery and client approval.
Independent Contractor
Anderson Video operates as an independent contractor. All crew engaged shall not be deemed employees of the client.
4K Delivery Included
All packages include 4K digital delivery at no extra charge. Project masters delivered with every completed production.
